Mother’s Day Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By entering this competition, participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Promoter

This promotional competition is conducted by TH_RST (Thirst Bar Services (Pty) Ltd) in collaboration with Zoetendal Vineyards Pty Ltd (collectively referred to as “the Promoters”).

2. Eligibility

• This competition is open to residents of South Africa only
• Participants must be 18 years or older
• Employees of the Promoters, their affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter

3. Competition Period

• The competition runs from 1 May 2026 to 9 May 2026 (South African Standard Time)
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Like the competition post
• Comment on the post, sharing a story about the woman in their life who deserves to be celebrated

Only valid entries that comply with all requirements will be considered.

5. Prizes

There will be 6 (six) winners, allocated as follows:

Grand Prize (1 winner):

• Weekend away at Zoetendal (self-catering cottage)
• Valid for 2 adults and 2 children OR 4 adults sharing
• Includes 2 x TH_RST branded carafes

Second Prize (1 winner):

• Zoetendal personalised field bar
• Includes 2 x TH_RST branded carafes

Additional Prizes (4 winners):

• Zoetendal wine (1 case per winner)
• Includes 2 x TH_RST branded carafes

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Prize Conditions

• The weekend away excludes transport, flights, meals, and any additional personal expenses
• Bookings are subject to availability and must be made directly with Zoetendal
• The Promoters reserve the right to substitute any prize with one of similar value if necessary

7. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries
• The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

8. Winner Announcement & Notification

• Winners will be announced on 9 May 2026 via TH_RST and/or Zoetendal social media platforms
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message

9. Claiming of Prize

• Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification
• Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner

10. Delivery of Prizes

• Delivery is limited to addresses within South Africa

11. Alcohol Disclaimer

• This competition is strictly not open to persons under the age of 18
• Alcohol-related prizes will only be awarded to individuals aged 18 years or older
• Valid identification may be required upon delivery

12. Usage Rights

By entering, participants:

• Grant the Promoters the right to use, reproduce, and publish their entry content for marketing and promotional purposes
• Agree that their name and/or social media handle may be used for publicity without additional compensation

13. Disqualification

The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Submits incomplete or invalid entries
• Uses fraudulent means to enter
• Submits content deemed offensive, inappropriate, or unrelated to the campaign

14. Limitation of Liability

• The Promoters are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize
• The Promoters are not liable for technical failures, lost, delayed, or incomplete entries

15. Right to Amend or Cancel

The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time due to circumstances beyond their control.

16. Protection of Personal Information (POPIA)

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering this competition
• By entering, participants consent to the processing of their personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws

17. Governing Law

This competition is conducted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, and other applicable laws of South Africa.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
