The Festive season has arrived and it’s time for a celebration with great company, food and of course great drinks. No matter where you are, what you are doing or who you are with this holiday, we have the perfect drink with that festive touch you’ve been looking for.
We know every family celebrates Christmas a little differently and that’s why we have put together 5 different drinks that’ll keep everyone jolly. They range from rich and creamy to light and refreshing, so there’s something here for every palate.
Lounging around the pool
Nothing’s more refreshing on a hot summer’s day than an ice-cold mojito. It’s easy and once you add a few bits and pieces on top for decoration and you will have the perfect summers drink with a touch of Christmas spirit.
Spiced Mojito
Ingredients:
4 to 6 Mint leaves
4 Lime wedges
12,5ml Sugar syrup
Dash of ginger beer
Dash of lime juice
50ml Captain morgan spiced
Instructions:
Fill glass with crushed ice
Muddle / shake.
Garnish with mint sprigs and a lime wedge
2. Berry Jam Sour
Ingredients:
50ml Bulleit Borboun
25ml Lemon juice
1 Egg white
3 Barspn Rasberry jam
2 dashes Angostura bitters
12,5ml Sugar syrup
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to shaker. Dry shake for 10 seconds.
Add ice to shaker and shake. Fine strain over ice into glass top with crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig, 2 raspberries and grated walnut and serve

3. Vanilla Pomegranate Sours
Ingredients:
50ml Pomegranate infused Vodka
20ml Vanilla infused agave
1 shot egg white
4 dashes Angostura bitters
25ml Lemon juice
1 shot pure pomegranate juice
Instructions:
Shake & fine strain.
Garnish with Angostura drops and pomegranate pearls
4. Red Earl
Ingredients:
2 thin slices of ginger
50ml Tanqueray gin
12,5ml Lime juice
50ml Pineapple juice
12,5ml Elderflower cordial
12,5ml Raspberry puree
Instructions:
Muddle / shake and fine strain.
Garnish with ginger slice and mint sprig

5. Fire And Spice
Ingredients:
50ml Spiced rum
10ml Fireball whisky
12,5ml Vanilla agave syrup
50ml Brewed coffee
25ml Almond milk
Instructions:
Hard shake all ingredients & fine strain
Garnish with Coffee beans and vanilla icing sugar
